Babies

How the heck does a woman push out 8 babies???
And, will you be in line to purchase the Sasha and Melia dolls??
Both stories are terrifying.

New T-Moble Ad

Even though T-Mobile sucks, they should be commended for this new ad. This fun stuff!

Aftermath

GITMO and Caroline Kennedy

Bill has some good thoughts regarding the GITMO closure and the softball media coverage of Caroline Kennedy.

Personally, I think that Obama's decision to close GITMO poses some significant problems to our security. Where will the US transfer the prisoners??? Rumors have nearby Camp Pendelton at the top of the list. My advice, keep these scumbags off American soil.  I thought the fact of Lincoln's suspension of Habeas Corpus was fascinating.

Amazing Footage

It was almost one week ago when US Airways flight 1549 was ditched on the Hudson River after hitting a flock of geese. A few days ago, authorities released security camera footage of the crash landing as it happened. This was truly a miracle and in a world filled with so much doubt, fear, and uncertainty this event touched the lives of millions.

My Thoughts On Our New President

Inauguration Day is perhaps one of my favorite events. As Americans, we do not have many moments where the nation is united and all political differences are placed aside. It is a time to reflect and to recommit oneself to the nation that we all cherish. It reconfirms to people all around the world of the greatness of the United States of America. The peaceful transfer of power is one of the hallmarks of our democracy and something that is a foreign concept in many nations. For these reasons, I am proud to be an American no matter who is sworn into office. The United States is still to this day a shining light to billions and a "city on a hill" to the darkest corners of the planet.

Although, I did not support Barack Obama as a candidate, I do support and respect him as my president. I wish President Obama, his family, and his staff the very best in the days to come. It is clear that I do not agree with his views on universal healthcare, economic ideology, global warming, abortion, his opinions on Iraq and terrorism. I am very curious how he will tackle the problems that we face today and he has his work cut out for him.  After all the hype subsides and when the crowds have left the ballrooms, I will be anxious to see what this man does with our great nation.

Low Point

To ease the concerns of those who objected to Obama's choice of Rick Warren to lead the invocation, the Obama staff invited Liberal Black theologian Joseph Lowery to close the Inauguration ceremony. Skip forward to the final seconds and be amazed...

Wanna Get Away???

Jill Biden gave her hubby Joe an awkward moment during today's Oprah. The Bidens should provide plenty of entertaining moments during the next four years.

The Obama transition was quick to release a statement: "To be clear, President-elect Obama offered Vice President-elect Biden one job only — to be his running mate," the statement said. "And the vice president-elect was thrilled to accept the offer."

I bet Hillary was pissed...

O'Reilly and Jack Bauer

Using a clip from the premiere of "24" to discuss the use of coercive interrogation techniques, Bill O'Reilly discusses this controversial topic.
